Terms & Conditions of Purchase

All sales are final; We apologize but we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. You may choose to have your order shipped anywhere in the United States or some international countries by United States Postal Service via priority or express mail.  We do not ship to Europe or Australia due to the high shipping costs for these destinations. All domestically shipped packages automatically include insurance up to a value of $50. All international shipping orders will be shipped via USPS or may be shipped thru another shipping carrier that offers the best shipping rates based on the weight of the package being shipped and destination. All domestic and international shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipment’s destination location. For international orders, certain consumption taxes or value added taxes may be charged once the package arrives to the destination country. Ashley Fay Crystals is not responsible for any VAT or consumption/use taxes incurred for any orders that are shipped internationally. As the consumer, you are responsible for paying any and all VAT or consumption/use taxes on any orders placed via our website, facebook shop, instagram shop, or other selling platforms where we sell our products. All orders shipped domestically via USPS can be expected to be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed, and expected to be delivered within 2-5 business days after the order has shipped. Please note that during instances of inclement weather, natural disasters, federal holidays, or other similar events the delivery date/time may be impacted. You can check the status of your shipment by visiting the USPS track my package website page and entering your order’s tracking number that can be found in the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order. If you do not see a confirmation email after you place your order, please check your spam and/or junk mail folders in your email before reaching out to us for assistance.

All transactions completed via our website or in-store are subject to sales tax which will be added onto the subtotal of the items being purchased and then remitted to the appropriate state office in compliance with state laws and sales tax regulations. All coupons or discounts will be subtracted from the subtotal of your purchase before sales tax or shipping fees are calculated into the total. All single-use or one-time use per customer coupons will only be valid for one purchase and will become invalid after that transaction and may not be used again for another transaction or purchase. Certain coupons may be used together or stacked during the same transaction as long as it is not stated in each coupon's terms and eligibility requirements that they may not be combined or used together. We accept payment in the form of cash (in-store only), debit card, credit card, Afterpay and Paypal. We do NOT accept cash app, venmo, or any other peer-to-peer payment service not stated in-store or online. We accept only the previously stated forms of payment for your security, as well as ours, and there are no exceptions. Ashley Fay Crystals is not responsible for any transaction fees, overdraft fees, processing fees, or surcharges incurred from your financial institution for any purchases made thru our website, in-store, or any other sales platform. If you do incur any of these fees or surcharges from a purchase you made with Ashley Fay Crystals you must contact your financial institution.

 

If you wish to set up payment installments or a payment plan for your purchase, you may do so in-store or online during the checkout process, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment installments are made on time and for the amount agreed upon when you set up your payment plan. Ashley Fay Crystals is not responsible for reminding you to make your installment payments. To be eligible to set up a payment plan, either online or in-store, you must apply for a line of credit thru Afterpay by visiting their website or downloading the Afterpay application prior to your purchase. It typically takes 1-3 business days once you have submitted your application, to be approved or denied. If you try to apply for credit thru Afterpay at the time of your purchase, you will not be able to use it the same day. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up Afterpay's approval process. Once you have applied for Afterpay and been approved, you may use your allotted budget in-store or online to make purchases. Ashley Fay Crystals has no decision power in the approval process nor in the amount of credit that you may be approved for, thru Afterpay. If you have any questions regarding usage of Afterpay, the application process, or questions regarding your  Afterpay account, you should contact Afterpay for support via chat on the Afterpay website or thru the Afterpay app. To set up a payment plan for an online purchase you must use the Afterpay app and follow the terms and conditions for making the installment payments over time. When you use Afterpay for your purchase(s), we receive the full amount due for your purchase up front, just as if you had paid with a debit or credit card. You will be able to take your purchased items home with you or have them shipped the same day and you will then make your remaining payments over the following weeks in the Afterpay app. By using Afterpay at the time of purchase, you are agreeing to Afterpay's Terms of Use and Conditions outlined on their website. Therefore, any issues with  your installments or payment plan agreement should be directed to the Afterpay Customer Service Team.  

We hope you are always going to be satisfied with your order from us! However, we know sometimes things happen that are beyond our control and we as humans, sometimes make mistakes. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will resolve any issues to the very best of our abilities, within reason. Ashley Fay Crystals is not responsible for any damages to products that are incurred during shipping. We take extra care to make sure all items are packaged securely so they will arrive in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged items in your order please contact us by phone or email within 2 business days and we will assist you with filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. All insurance claims through USPS must be filed no later than 60 days from the shipment date. It is your responsibility to make sure you have initiated the claims process before the deadline. There is nothing Ashley Fay Crystals can do to assist you in filing an insurance claim after the 60 days has passed. Forms for filing an insurance claim for packages shipped thru USPS can be found on the USPS website. To file a claim you will need to have specific information on hand before you get started. These items needed to file a claim can be found listed on the USPS website as well. If you would rather file the claim yourself and do not need any assistance you may initiate the claims process and then contact us by phone or email if you need supporting documentation of your shipment. All shipping orders are insured automatically up to a value of $50 without any additional fees at the time of purchase. If you place an order via our website or another online platform that requires shipping and would like to purchase additional insurance you may do so during checkout. Subsequently, if your order is worth more than $50 and you do not purchase additional insurance at the time of purchase, you will not be able to file a claim for damaged items over the amount of $50. It is important to note that the checkout process is the only time that you can purchase additional insurance for your order and it cannot be added after your order has shipped. There is nothing we can do on our end nor the shipping carrier’s end to replace or refund you for a value greater than $50 if you did not purchase additional insurance during checkout. If you encounter an issue during checkout and are not sure if you purchased additional insurance or not, please reach out to us by phone or email as soon as possile after placing your order so we can verify that you have added the extra insurance before your item(s) ship. Also, if you receive any damaged items it is important that you take photos of the damaged items exactly as you received them to provide the shipping carrier with during the claims process. We take photos of each package we send out before the package is shipped and will be able to provide those to the shipping carrier during the claims process as well. We will do what we can to assist you with filing an insurance claim with USPS, however, we cannot guarantee that your claim will be approved. If the shipping carrier denies any insurance claims, Ashley Fay Crystals is not responsible for the replacement or reimbursement of any items or damages incurred during shipping. Subsequently, we will not be able to change any decisions regarding insurance claims that USPS or another shipping carrier finalizes during the claims process. 

If we made an error on your order, we will fix it at no expense to you. If you have a missing order or missing items when you receive your package from us, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your package. You are responsible for providing proof of purchase for any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your package. You may email photos or screenshots of your order receipt or forward the order confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase as proof of purchase. All missing items will be shipped to you via USPS priority mail the next business day and should take 2-3 days to be delivered to you at no extra cost.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing the order. We do our very best to ensure that you receive your items in perfect and undamaged condition and take extra care to package each item carefully and securely. Ashley Fay Crystals is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. All items are shipped thru USPS Priority Mail and each order comes with insurance up to $50. If you would like to purchase extra insurance please contact us PRIOR to placing your order so we can ensure that your order receives additional insurance before it is shipped. If you have any issues with damaged items in your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we may assist you in filing a claim through the shipping carrier. All shipping fees are non-refundable by Ashley Fay Crystals but may or may not be refunded by the shipping carrier after filing a claim on an insured package. We do not guarantee any refunds will be given to you by the shipping carrier, but will do our very best to assist you throughout the claims process.

RETURN POLICY

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds of any kind at this time but please do not hesitate to contact us via email or by phone if there is an issue with your order. We will do our absolute best to resolve any problems with your order. Please note that our crystals have been created by Mother Nature so they sometimes have natural flaws that we cannot prevent. These are part of each crystal's uniqueness and beauty. Also, each crystal that we have available is unique and there are not two that are exactly identical therefore, it is impossible to exchange most of the items that we have available for purchase. We do our best to post as many photos as we can and show any "flaws" or natural breaks in any of our crystals. Also, we do not use filters or enhancements when we are editing our photos. We want you to know exactly what you are buying and want our crystals to look like they would if you were holding them in your own hand when you are looking at our photos. So, before you buy, please look closely at all of the pictures of each item and read the description and it's measurements to make sure it is the exact crystal you want, before you decide to place your order. This helps to prevent any issues with your order later down the road.
